Dunkest NBA Fantasy Tips
Here you’ll find our tips, position by position, to tackle the best way Round 1 of NBA Dunkest Fantasy Basketball.
Round 3, Turn 1
Domantas Sabonis Vs Memphis Grizzlies
Domantas Sabonis is back in style, putting up 47.25 and 62.75 Dunkest Points in his first two rounds. Those numbers speak for themselves and make him one of the most appealing Captain options for T1. Against the Memphis Grizzlies, who could struggle to contain his physicality and versatility, we’re expecting another big performance. His price tag is still high, but significantly more affordable than the absolute top-tier stars. A smart choice for anyone looking for a reliable Captain without breaking the bank.
Round 3, Turn 2
Anthony Davis @ Charlotte Hornets
We’re sticking with Anthony Davis despite his last two disappointing performances. After an outstanding season debut, the Wizards big man has struggled to make an impact, but we believe he’ll be eager to bounce back. The matchup against the Charlotte Hornets looks like the perfect opportunity to dominate again and put those rough outings behind him. We’re keeping our faith in Davis as our T2 Captain, expecting a strong response.
Round 3, Turn 3
Deni Avdija @ Los Angeles Lakers
We’re closing out the Gameweek with Deni Avdija. Portland has plenty of talent, and despite sharing the floor with Morant and Lillard, the Israeli forward has shown that he still carries significant offensive responsibility. His ability to contribute across points, rebounds, and assists makes him a particularly intriguing Dunkest option. He’s averaging nearly 30 Dunkest Points per game, and we believe he can match or even improve on those numbers in T3. An alternative Captain pick we really like.

Average scores and teams not on the schedule
- Teams that are on the schedule but marked as resting will receive their average score (including all players on the roster, injured ones as well, plus the coach). This is designed to optimize the NBA calendar as much as possible. As in the regular season, players who receive an average score due to scheduling reasons will NOT get the 1.5x captain bonus if selected as captain.

- Teams NOT on the schedule (players, coaches, and unavailable players) will NOT be considered “resting teams” and will NOT receive an average score, but instead 0 points. These are teams that have been eliminated or have already qualified and are waiting for their next Playoff opponent.
