Morant is in Florida to start a rehabilitation program: there is no return date
Ja Morant has started a rehab in Florida after the incidents that led to the eruption of his case, as reported by ESPN, which specifies that the Memphis Grizzlies superstar will stay away from the team for an unspecified period of time.
The franchise has decided to prioritize Morant’s request for help, as he himself had stated in a statement published after the infamous Instagram Live, eager to seek psychological balance to manage the pressure.
He is taking responsibility and taking time so that he can be well with himself and also with the team. I will not comment further until there are further updates

As ESPN reports, however, the physical distance from the team is not preventing him from interacting with his teammates, whom Ja Morant regularly talks to on the phone.
