Nikola Jokic’s performance against the Dallas Mavericks left even those on the court in disbelief. Among them was Cooper Flagg, who perfectly summed up the feeling shared by many in his postgame comments.
The Denver Nuggets big man finished with 23 points, 21 rebounds, and 19 assists, narrowly missing out on a triple-double that would have been the stuff of legend. Numbers that only partially capture his impact – the real impression was something else: total control, without any visible effort.
