According to authorities, a handgun was discovered inside the player’s vehicle during a traffic stop. The firearm was reportedly visible and not secured in a holster, circumstances that led officers to intervene and issue the subsequent charge.
Following the arrest, Harden was released after posting bail. The player is now expected to appear in court on June 22, the date scheduled for the hearing related to the case.
Conditions imposed on James Harden
Harden’s release on bail comes with several specific restrictions. He is prohibited from possessing or using firearms, ammunition or any other type of weapon for the duration of the legal proceedings.
