Jokic dominates in Preseason too: “I love winning, I love basketball”

Jokic is already ready for the new NBA season: 22 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists in just 26 minutes in the Nuggets’ win over the Chicago Bulls

To Nikola Jokic, there do not seem to be any unimportant games. Whether it is the Playoffs, the Regular Season or simply a Preseason game, the Serbian always finds a way to make a difference. And against the Chicago Bulls, he delivered yet another reminder.

In the Denver Nuggets’ 133-128 win, Jokic posted a triple-double with 22 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists in just 26 minutes, shooting an excellent 8-of-12 from the field and adding a block as well.

After the game, the three-time MVP explained in just a few words what drives him to always give his best, even when the result does not count in the standings.

I love winning games. I love basketball

Nikola Jokic

The result of a Preseason game will quickly be forgotten, but Jokic’s performance is a great reminder of just how much he can change a game almost single-handedly. Even when he is on the court for only 26 minutes.
