Three players from the New Orleans Pelicans have contracted the COVID-19 virus. To make the news official, the vice president of Basketball Operations David Griffin who also confirmed that the players – whose name has not been revealed – are facing the quarantine period and will not be able to return until the tests fail.
The New Orleans Pelicans are among the 22 teams that will face the final phase of Orlando and will have to travel to South Florida on July 8th.
