Dunkest NBA Fantasy Tips: The 5 Must-Have Players for Round 9 and Key Insights

Everything you need for Round 9 of Dunkest NBA Fantasy. From fantasy basketball tips, position by position:
Guards
Cam Thomas (Brooklyn Nets, 10.3 cr)
A player as talented as he is unpredictable. Cam Thomas is a big question mark because he can drop 40 points on anyone but also miss shots and create chaos on offense. He’s a ticking time bomb and should be taken for what he is. If we pick him for Dunkest, we’ll have to rely not just on his talent, but also on divine help: Saint Thomas, help us out!
Jalen Suggs (Orlando Magic, 9.7 cr)
I believe that in all these years of Dunkest, Jalen Suggs has never reached a 10-credit rating. Yet, here we are, only in November. Injuries in Orlando are piling up, and Suggs can no longer hide; he has to help Franz Wagner keep up until Banchero and Carter Jr. return. He had a rough game last time, but I’m confident he’ll bounce back with a solid performance and a nice profit!
Forwards
Paul George (Philadelphia 76ers, 14.2 cr)
It takes a lot of courage to recommend Paul George at this point in the season. But in this game, it’s those who make unconventional picks and pull a rabbit out of the hat every time who come out on top. PG13 hasn’t had the best start: first, an injury, more scary than serious, followed by some horror performances, right in the Halloween spirit. But that time is behind him now, and with Christmas approaching (yes, it’s just over a month away), the first lights are already shining in the city. PG could be the Santa Claus, ready to deliver an unexpected gift!
Franz Wagner (Orlando Magic, 12.5 cr)
The German had already shown his talent last season and with the national team this summer. Now in Orlando, the situation is critical, and all hopes of victory rest in his hands. The talent is there, the opponent is modest, and all that’s missing are the colorful braids: to truly love our Franz, Wagner love.
Center
Karl-Anthony Towns (New York Knicks, 18 cr)
Thibodeau wanted him at all costs, and the investment seems to have paid off. A Towns like this hasn’t been seen in a long time, and in just a few weeks, he’s managed to secure the lead role in New York. It’s no easy feat in an environment where the chatter never stops, especially when it comes to the Knicks, in the Town(s) that never sleep.
Goga Bitadze (Orlando Magic, 6.1 cr)
Every day, it’s important to stay positive and check the list for must-pick players. Strangely enough, or maybe not, in this mushroom season, the underbrush in our game seems more abundant than ever. Bitadze is currently the leader of this list, and who are we to pass on this fine Georgian mushroom? Exotic.
Coach
JJ Redick (Los Angeles Lakers, 7.6 cr)
The Lakers have gotten off to a strong start, even though they haven’t exactly dazzled in these games. The results, however, are on their side, and much of the credit goes to JJ Redick, the new coach. The former talented player seems to have brought a breath of fresh air not only to the fiery Lakers locker room but also among the fans. There’s hope that this season could be better than the previous ones, and with LeBron and Davis in this form, anything seems possible. At home against Toronto, after a hard-fought win in Canada, they could go 2-0.
