Low price, plenty of upside: discover five players under 6 credits who could become valuable picks for the new Dunkest NBA Fantasy season.

One of the keys to making a difference over an entire Dunkest season is having a deep rotation that can provide both fantasy points and increases in value without requiring a big investment.

In this article, we’re looking at five players priced at 6 credits or less who could be excellent additions to your roster and help you start every Matchday with valuable production coming off the bench.

Dunkest NBA Fantasy is Italy’s most-played NBA Fantasy game, with more than 200,000 fantasy managers competing every year through points, assists and rebounds since 2013. It’s free to play and available on iOS, Android and Web.

Egor Demin (Guard – Brooklyn Nets, 6.0 cr)

The physical development of Egor Demin has been impressive. A 20-year-old guard standing over two meters tall is a rare profile in the NBA, especially on a Brooklyn team that doesn’t appear to have major expectations in terms of the standings.

After averaging 10.3 points and 3.3 assists per game in his first season while shooting an excellent 38.5% from three, the young Turkish guard looks ready to take another step forward in Year 2.

For us, he could be one of the most interesting NBA Fantasy options at this price and even a potential dark horse in the Most Improved Player race.

Andre Drummond (Center – New York Knicks, 6.0 cr)

Last season in Philadelphia gave Andre Drummond a new boost, thanks to his usual 8.4 rebounds in just 19 minutes per game and a much less expected 35.6% from three-point range.

That little step into the modern NBA earned him a call from the defending champion Knicks, who were looking for exactly this type of player following Mitchell Robinson’s departure.

His physical presence around the rim can help New York address one of the few weaknesses on the roster and, from a Dunkest perspective, could also lead to some valuable Double-Double bonuses.

Jaylon Tyson (Guard – Cleveland Cavaliers, 4.5 cr)

Don’t be fooled by his position: Jaylon Tyson is a strong and extremely versatile player who can contribute in almost every category on the stat sheet.

In his first season in Cleveland, he averaged 13.2 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game, shooting 49.3% from the field and an outstanding 44.6% from three.

The Cavs may not be among the main title contenders, but they can continue performing at the level we’ve seen in recent seasons. Beyond established players such as Harden, Mitchell and Mobley, there should be room for some new energy in the rotation, and Tyson has all the tools to make the most of the minutes he gets.

Koa Peat (Forward – Phoenix Suns, 4.5 cr)

The first of our two Phoenix Suns picks is Koa Peat. Despite averaging 14.1 points and 5.6 rebounds on 52.8% shooting at Arizona State, he slipped all the way to the 30th pick before being selected by a Suns team looking for young players to build around for the future.

Among the players expected to come off the bench, Peat looks like one of the most NBA-ready options and could immediately carve out around 15 minutes per game to show what he can do and bring energy to the floor.

Phoenix has every reason to give its young players opportunities and, at just 4.5 credits, Peat could quickly become a very interesting low-cost option for your Dunkest NBA Fantasy team.

Khaman Maluach (Center – Phoenix Suns, 4.0 cr)

The Suns sophomore could become one of the fan favorites of the new season. Khaman Maluach’s strong Summer League performances and the excitement surrounding him in Phoenix make him a minimum-price gamble with plenty of upside.

The medical staff’s recent decision to have starting center Mark Williams undergo shoulder surgery could also open up additional minutes in the rotation.

Maluach already brings rebounding and shot-blocking to the table, and if he can add some scoring as well, he could quickly become one of the best low-cost value picks in Dunkest NBA Fantasy.
