Draymond Green criticizes Jalen Brunson: Josh Hart responds

Draymond Green is once again at the center of controversy, this time because of his comments about Jalen Brunson and his decision to turn down a bigger contract in order to help the New York Knicks build a championship-caliber roster.

Speaking about the situation, the Golden State Warriors forward, who recently signed a one-year, $27.7 million extension after declining his player option in an attempt to convince LeBron James to join the Bay Area, explained why he believes Brunson’s financial sacrifice was a mistake.

Josh Hart, called out by the Warriors player, responded to the comments with a message posted on his X account.

The facts, at least for now, seem to support Brunson. His sacrifice helped the Knicks build a championship team, and next summer he will still be able to sign a much bigger contract. However, that has not been enough to put an end to the debate.
