Rich Paul on Giannis: “The Bucks have a great opportunity”

Only a few days have passed since the end of the NBA regular season for teams that missed the playoffs, and the offseason is already heating up. That’s also the case for the Bucks, coming off a disappointing season and now facing major decisions about the future.

Following the departure of Doc Rivers, attention remains focused on the franchise star: Giannis Antetokounmpo. Tensions during the final months of the regular season fueled speculation, although there are currently no definitive signs pointing toward a separation between the two sides.

The first decision belongs to the front office: attempt to reboot the project around the two-time MVP with a new contract and a revamped basketball structure, or explore the market and begin a rebuilding process centered around young talent and future draft assets.
